we're getting married

Moira and Seth met one fateful evening in St. Louis the summer of 2020. Their friends, Emma Hackman and Rashad Khoury, had matched on Bumble (a dating app) a few weeks prior. They thought it would be fun if their friend groups hung out together. So, Moira, Emma, Anna, Hallie, Seth, Rashad, and David went to dinner together. Even though the girls were scary and weird the boys reluctantly decided to continue hanging out with them. They formed their own friend group and hung out several times throughout the rest of the summer (without Moira except for the time she crashed her car). Moira and Seth continued talking via Snapchat through the fall and ended up visiting each other in their college towns a few times in the winter. In 2021, Seth finally stopped being an idiot and they started dating. He proposed at Tower Grove Park with a sentimental call back to their first date, where they went painting. While Moira was using a porta potty (how romantic) Seth finished his painting with "Will You Marry Me?" written on it. Although Moira has poor eyesight, she eventually saw it painted in the corner. Obviously, she accepted. While Emma and Rashad's love did not flourish, they were the spark that started it all and Moira and Seth attribute their success to them. We hope that this wedding may be their chance to find their way back to one another.
