When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Thank you for being a part of our lives and having interest in being a part of our special day. We kindly ask that guests could please RSVP at their earliest convenience and no later than July 14th, 2024. This will allow us time to prepare the appropriate seating arrangements in time for the big day!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we would like to have a formal attire event and kindly ask that all guests could please dress their best and avoid any informal attire such as jeans or casual wear. Please also kindly refrain from wearing white, cream or ivory as a guest to respect the bride’s most special day.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our Wedding Ceremony will start at 4:30 pm sharp on August 24th, 2024 to allow adequate time for the commute to our Wedding Reception venue. Please keep in mind that doors will be shut at 4:30pm and no late arrival guests will be able to enter into the sanctuary until the Procession is over. Therefore, do plan to arrive 10-15 minutes before the start time to avoid missing our intimate union.

What time should I arrive at the reception?

Answer

Our Reception venue will be providing light bites and champagne at 6:30. Dinner will be served at 7:30. The Bride and Groom will be available for photos during that hour before dinner. Please aim to arrive by 7 latest just to ensure you are properly seated before dinner is served! :)

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, both the Ceremony Venue and Reception Venue each have a parking lot available for use.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Please let us know in advance if you would like to bring a plus one as we would have to double check our limited seating to see if we can possibly accommodate them. If we cannot, then unfortunately we would let you know and we hope that you do not take it the wrong way!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are limiting the number of children at our celebration to just our family members only. However, if you do not have anyone to take care of your precious babies, please do not hesitate to reach out to us and let us know your situation in advance. We can further discuss the options as we do not want you to have to decide between your children or celebrating us!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Our dinner will be a set menu of ten-courses. There will be menu sheets available at the Guest Welcome table for guests to take and to note the entrées being served to avoid any possible allergies. Please also do not hesitate to ask the servers for the ingredients to make sure there are no allergies to the ingredients of a specific entrée.
