WHAT DOES THE WEDDING DAY TIMELINE LOOK LIKE?
Answer
The ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM and end around 6:00 PM. Cocktail hour will be from 6:00pm-7:00pm followed by a reception with dinner and dancing until 11:30 PM.

Where am I going?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will all be located at the same place, The Guild in Kansas City, MO. The ceremony will be outside weather permitting and the cocktail hour and reception will be held inside.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that you kindly arrive and be seated no later than 5:20 PM as the ceremony will begin at 5:30 PM.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There are three lots available specific to The Guild - 1 private and 2 shared. The East Lot is open all day and private to only The Guild (free), The North and West Lots are shared lots and free after 5pm on the day of the event. See photo above for better understanding.

What Should I Wear?
Answer
We ask that you dress in formal attire please. Any color is fine. Only requirement is that you wear your dancing shoes.

CAN I BRING SOMEONE WITH ME?
Answer
Due to venue limitations, we are unfortunately unable to include plus ones unless designated on your invitation. If you do not have the option to add a plus one on your invitation, please plan on bringing only yourself to our wedding. We are excited to celebrate with you.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
Due to venue limitations, we are unfortunately unable to include children in the festivities unless designated on your invitation. We are excited to celebrate with you and want you to enjoy the evening child free! Let the date night commence.
Question
Will I need to bring cash for the wedding?
Answer
The bar is an open bar but tips are encouraged. We also will be having a character artist where tips are encouraged. Cash tips and Venmo are accepted.
