Transportation Information

Transportation We plan to begin the wedding at 6 p.m. We respectfully ask that you make arrangements to arrive early/on time at Saphire Estate, 164 Massapoag Ave, Sharon, MA 02067. On the wedding day there will be transportation offered once from the Hilton Garden Inn/Boston-Canton and from the 128/Westwood Commuter Rail to Saphire Estate. For return trips, there will be transportation twice from Saphire Estate to the hotel and to the 128/Westwood Commuter Rail. See below for more info. Uber, Lyft and taxis are available in the area, too, but may be limited, especially leaving Saphire Estate. We recommend scheduling rides ahead of time. To Saphire Estate (Before the Wedding) 164 Massapoag Ave, Sharon, MA 02067 Pick up 1: MBTA/Commuter Rail Pick Up 4:19 p.m. train arrival at 50 University Avenue (Route 128 Commuter Rail Station). Please exit down the stairs and walk straight out and toward the parking garage exit which is on the left. The AA Metro charter bus will be waiting just outside of the garage for you (they cannot fit inside the garage). The bus will leave approximately 10 minutes after the train arrives and will head to the Hilton Garden Inn/Boston-Canton hotel for the next pick up. Pick up 2: Hilton Garden Inn/Boston-Canton -Bus leaves at 5p.m. Meet the AA Metro charter bus out front of the hotel. It will have stopped first at the commuter rail for a pick up. You may begin boarding when it arrives. The bus will leave at 5:00 p.m. From Saphire Estate (After the wedding) Early (1st) Departure: 9:55 p.m. Boarding at Saphire Estate, departure no later than 10:05 p.m. Drop off at Hilton Garden Inn/Boston-Canton 10:30 p.m. Drop off at MBTA Commuter Rail Westwood at 10:50 p.m. (in time for 11:03 p.m. train) Late (Last) Departure: 11:30 p.m. Boarding at Saphire Estate, departure no later than 11:40 p.m. Drop off 1: MBTA 128 Commuter Rail/128 Westwood at 12:10 a.m. (Last train departs 12:18 a.m.) Drop off 2: Hilton Garden Inn/Boston-Canton 12:15 a.m.

Hilton Garden Inn Boston Canton

Note: This venue WILL include transportation to and from the wedding. There will be one bus trip to the venue, and two trips back to the hotel (10:30pm and 11:30pm). About 12 miles from the venue and with easy access to Route 128/95 is the Hilton Garden Inn in Canton. This does have a restaurant and bar on site, but it does not include breakfast. This is where Chris and Taylor will be staying on the night of the wedding. The link below should take you directly to the special room rate.

Note: This venue will not include transportation. Uber/Lyft is of course an option. This is off Route 1, and about 6 miles from the venue. It does not have a restaurant or bar on site. However, it does include breakfast. The link below should take you directly to the special room rate.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Boston/Canton, MA

Note: This venue will not include transportation from the hotel, but it is next door to the Hilton Garden Inn where there will be transportation provided. Uber/Lyft is of course an option. There is not an organized block of rooms here, but we wanted you to know it is available if you are interested in a suite.

Train

Route 128 Commuter Rail (Providence-Stoughton Line)

For people coming from Boston, the Route 128 commuter rail station is ten miles from the hotel. We will have transportation from this station & the Hilton Garden Inn before and after the wedding. Please check back for updates on timing, but as far as we can tell, there are train times before and after the event. For those that want to do transportation themselves, the Sharon commuter rail station is 2 miles from Saphire Estate and arrives at the station at 5:17pm. The bus from the hotel will not stop at this station. Please look at the 128 option for transportation information.
