We're getting MARRIED!

Mitch and Lindsey met in 2011 as coworkers. Lindsey had transferred down to Bloomington while she attended ISU. Mitch tried to tell her what to do, it didn't work then and still doesn't to this day. Mitch quickly learned how to deal with Lindsey's attitude and Lindsey quickly realized that he was going to mean something to her. Mitch took a little longer to come around ;)

While in New York City for one of Lindsey's work events, Mitch had his own event in mind. On May 5, 2018, Mitch popped the question on top of the Empire State Building at sunset. (Lindsey couldn't manage to speak, but did provide Mitch with an ugly/astonished/overwhelmed cry face that screamed YES) The one surprise he ever got away with, she never saw it coming.
