Once invitations are sent out, you can RSVP through this website under the "RSVP" tab or a send us a quick text. Whatever is easiest for you!
We have the lodges rented for Friday and Saturday night.
The venue has 3 large lodges on the property that guests are welcome to stay in. The lodges are "church camp" style with multiple twin sized bunk beds per room. Pillows, blankets, and towels will be provided. All lodges are air conditioned and heated. If you'd like to stay in the lodges please let Mitchell or I know as there is a limited number of beds.
No, we will not be booking hotel room blocks since lodging is provided onsite. If you'd rather stay in a hotel, Mitchell and I would happily provide you with recommendations.
The address to the venue is located under the "Schedule" and "Travel" tab. GPS should take you directly to it, but there are signs that point you in the right direction. Transportation will not be provided as there is adequate parking at the venue. The venue is down about 2 miles of dirt road. It is rocky, but flat. If this is a concern please let us know.
Weather is Arkansas can be tricky in November. We are hoping for mild temps and clear skies, however our venue will accommodate whatever is thrown at us.
Weather permitting the ceremony will take place outdoors while the reception will be located indoors. If the weather has other plans, both ceremony and reception will be held indoors.
Wear whatever is comfortable! The venue has rocky terrain, so heels are not recommended, but you do you!
Of course! However, please be courteous of our day and step away if child becomes upset during ceremony.
It wouldn't be a good wedding without one! We will have limited options, but free booze is good booze.
We are planning meals from dinner on Friday night to breakfast on Sunday for those that are staying onsite. However, if you have dietary restrictions or favorite snacks, please plan accordingly.
