Matron of Honor
I met Meredith in third grade. She did not like me because we had on the same outfit the first day of school. Of course, I changed her mind when she realized how awesome I am! We survived our teenage years, college life, and just life in general. I watched Mer get married to her soulmate and have a son, which is one of the coolest kids I know. Now, Mer is standing beside me, praising Jesus that I have found the man I am going to marry so she doesn't have to worry as much about me anymore!

Being three years apart, Christina (Chichi) and I grew up like we were sisters instead of cousins. She used to annoy me when she copied everything i said, wore, and did! When I moved to Jacksonville in 2015, we lived together and I watched Chichi take off and pursue her dreams in connecting athletes and kids! She has prayed for my husband, just like I am sure she praying hard for Mitchell right now!

My little Jenn Ren! Even thought Jen and I are almost a decade apart, growing up with her as my cousin, she was like the greatest little sister ever. Me, Christina, and Jennifer were the "primas" that took care of our grandparents for three years in Jacksonville. Jen has a passion for education and adventure. She has always been an inspiration to live life.

I met Lauren in daycare at Bethal Methodist Church. We went through elementary school together and continued our friendship when she moved in middle school. I helped Lauren meet her husband when I played (HORRIBLY) in a co-ed softball team. I stood by Lauren when she married Adam and have watched their family grow. Lauren always has been an encourager and reminds to always count life's blessings!

I met Valen through her husband, Tony. And I met Tony our freshman year in high school. When he started dating Val, I was so excited! In the perfect small world that it is, when Lauren moved schools, she met Val and became her best friend. Therefore, our little circle was complete! A teacher also, Val and I went back to school together to pursue a master's in Reading and Literacy. While I was living in Jax, Val and Tony moved to Columbia. When I knew I was moving to Columbia, I was so excited to know I had a best friend already there!

Natalie was the little sister I never had. Growing up down the street from one another, we spent endless summers by the pool and me shuffling Nat around to tennis camps. I watched Nat graduate, grow up, and gain an independence that every young twenty-something should aspire to have right out of college. When I moved to Columbia, I think Nat was more excited to know she had somewhere to stay during football seasons! So, Nat has become a third little roommate on some weekends. Natalie is litteraly the little sister I got to choose.

I met Christina the senior year of high school where we did backyard Bible clubs for the summer. An instant friendship was formed over Sister Hazel and crafts. We would tear up the road between USC and Winthrop visiting one another. After college graduation, we lived together for a year where she met her incredible husband Will. We like to think we are still college kids, jamming out to Sister Hazel concerts. But really, we are just some old hags who enjoy boat rides on the lake or browsing antique stores.

You know how you always hear that there's a reason certain things happen to you? I met Camille through one of those happy accidents. Introduced to one another by a previous relationship, we became instant friends. From long lake days, our annual Black Friday shopping trips, and beach trips, this girl has been with me through it all. Camille invited me to the beach one year with a group of her college friends, which is where I met Heather, who introduced me to Mitchell! So, it does all come full circle. People can be a lesson or a blessing. Camille is definitely my blessing.

What happens when a Texas girl and a Carolina girl meet in the sunshine state? A lot of fun. We met our first night we lived in Jacksonville. We were both walking our dogs when a "rent-a-cop" stopped by and dropped a cheesy line on me. A few nights later, VCC and I went to dinner and we realized we were the better half of one another! We ended up living together for a year, and was seriously one of the greatest years of my life. We navigated the online dating world together, learned how to love ourselves, and not take the single life too seriously! I was so sad when VCC moved back to Texas, but thank God for memes to keep us connected!
Flower Girl
I met Ellie's mom, Lindsey, when I was teaching in Spartanburg. We bonded over fashion and her husband loved that I would come cook at their house! When Ellie came into the world, I was instantly in love with that sassy little girl! Watch out! She's going to steal the show!
Flower Girl
I met Ryleigh's mom, Heather, through one of my bridesmaids, Camille. Heather and I bonded on our annnual beach trips because we always roomed together. Mitchell worked with Heather for three years. And I guess, after sharing a room at the beach with me for at least 5 years, she figured out that I would be a great match for Mitchell! But sweet Ryleigh was so CURIOUS about this MAN that I was going on a date. When Mitchell picked me up for our first date from Heather's, Ryleigh walked me to the door and waved us off. Couldn't imagine not having this sweet girl stand at the end of the aisle, waving for me as I walk towards Mitchell!
