If your guest's name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Your invitations will be made out to "[Your Name & Guest]" if a plus one has been given to you. Due to limited capacity, we can only accommodate the people named on your invitation to join us. We politely ask that you do not bring an unexpected guest as we desire to keep our special day as intimate as possible with family & friends. Thank you for understanding!
While we love your kiddos, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of children in our immediate family, children traveling with parents from out of state, or children in our wedding party. We would love to have your kiddos, but unfortunately, the capacity of the venue does not allow for that. If you have any concerns or questions about this, please feel free to contact us!
We ask that everyone put their phone away and be in the moment with us. We will have two photographers and a videographer there to capture the moments and will share those all with you afterward! We want you all to share in this moment with us and unplug together!
We would love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! We are asking everyone to wear "date night" attire. Think along the lines of not quite church attire, but a little bit dressed up. If you'd like to match our wedding colors, we will be wearing dove grey, dusty blue, and navy blue!
We kindly ask that you RSVP by October 18, 2023. If you cannot attend, we completely understand but will miss you! If you're unable to RSVP by this time, we may not be able to accommodate your presence at the wedding as we will be sending a final headcount to our vendors shortly after this date. Please feel free to contact us if you have any questions about this!
The wedding will be indoors! There will be a short walk to the ceremony, but after that, the ceremony and reception will be held inside a heated barn. There will be horse drawn carriages available to take you to and from the parking lot starting at 5:30pm and will end at 8:30pm.
You'll drive in and park in the guest parking in front of the Welcome Center and then follow the signs to the Livery Stable. It's a short walk there that will be plowed if there's any snow. Starting at 5:30pm - 8:30pm, you'll be able to take a horse drawn carriage to the parking lot or to the Livery Stable. During this time, please keep an eye out for the horses!
We will be serving walking tacos as well as having a soda bar. We have decided to forgo serving alcohol as we want to make sure our guests get home safely from our special day! Tacos will be served over in the Opera Stable that's right next door to the Livery Stable.
Please reach out to Emily as Mitch is generally unavailable throughout the day. You can text her at 801-633-5718 and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
