Family Rehearsal & Then Welcome Reservoir Day

Casual Attire, Swimsuit Optional
This will be a casual park day at the Boulder Reservoir (15-20 minute drive from hotel). We will have catered lunch for our family members starting at 1:00 pm. At 2:30pm, we invite all guests to come for a bar-b-que hangout with snacks, drinks, lawn games, and optional swimming in the reservoir. *We will have picnic benches, shade tents, coolers of water and refreshments *There will be restroom facilities on the premises *Pro Hill is located past the entry gate on the left (follow the signs) *Please carpool if possible to limit the amount of cars and save the planet What to Bring: -WATER BOTTLE (we will provide as well, but always be prepared) -Sunscreen (it will be hot and sunny in beautiful Boulder, Colorado) -Sun coverage (hat, umbrella, etc) -Bathing suit (if you decide to take a dip in the reservoir) -Special Snacks (if you have specific dietary needs) -An energetic attitude to kick off this weekend right!!

Wedding Ceremony

Semi-Formal: Sundresses, slacks, and button downs. This venue is not heels-friendly. We recommend bringing sun coverage.
The venue is outside, so wear comfortable clothing and bring layers. Umbrellas suggested (for rain or sun). Sunrise Amphitheater is located on top of Flagstaff mountain (about 25-35 minute drive from the Hyatt Place hotel). It is a beautiful but windy, steep road (welcome to Colorado) - Drive slowly and safely and drink water to avoid the impact of altitude and heat *There is very little shade, so please be sure to bring water, sunscreen, hat (or fan, umbrella, etc). *There is an outhouse “bathroom” available if needed (again, welcome to Colorado) *We recommend carpooling as there are limited spots at the top of the mountains -Parking permits can be purchased ahead at https://fareharbor.com/embeds/book/cityofboulderparkingpermits/items/72888/calendar/2021/07/?flow=487

The reception will be held in the backyard of River and Woods - (5 minute drive from hotel). *Enter through the front door and go through the restaurant and kitchen to the backyard *If you’d like to go back to the hotel and leave your car, it is a 15-20 minute walk from the hotel. *Street parking is available on Pearl St., Walnut St., Spruce St., and 23rd Street (all around venue) *There will be passed appetizers and a cocktail hour before dinner starts *During dinner (family-style), we will have toasts, then the dance party begins!
