Special Events Day

Rehearsal Dinner
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Resort Attire: Wear linen pants, short-sleeved button downs, maxi dresses, sun dresses. Jackets suggested for men but not required.
This meal will be at Zicatela in the Punta de Mita area. Miriam and Bill have selected the best dishes to be served as a fixed menu. For those requiring transportation, we have arranged a Sprinter to leave from the Conrad at 6PM. The restaurant is about 15 minutes drive from the Conrad.

Ceremony
4:30 pm - 5:30 pm

Beach Formal: Suggested wear includes sun dresses for women, light jackets for men. Formal beach hats. (Please no shorts and no sandals, no ball caps.)
Time has been updated! Ceremony shall begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Guests must be in their seats prior to this time or will not be admitted until after the opening prayers and processionals. We are recommending arrival no later than 4:20 PM. This is a long form ceremony expected to last an hour so consider dressing for sunny weather with hats, sunscreen, light colors and cool fabrics.
Cocktail Reception
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
There will be hors d'oeuvres and cocktails and other refreshments with live music.
Wedding Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Admittance begins at 6:45 PM with ancient ritual smoke blessings for all guests.

Farewell Breakfast

Beach Casual suggested. Travel clothes are fully acceptable.
Say goodbye over breakfast with us. We have arranged group seating either down by the beach (weather permitting) or on the patio at the Arbol restaurant which is near the main lobby. In house guests at the Conrad are asked to be take your seats between 8:00 - 8:30AM. Outside guests invited to join between 9:00 - 9:30 AM. So glad you made it! Sad to see you go!
