Please RSVP via website by April 30, 2024
The ceremony will start at 5:30pm, so please plan on arriving 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings.
The dress code is semi-formal. Please keep in mind that Puerto Rico in June is hot and humid so lightweight clothing would be best.
A semi-formal dress code would include things like a mid-length cocktail style dress, or top and skirt combination. One could also wear a more casual maxi dress, without the embellishments and sparkles often seen on evening gowns. For men, a dress shirt and dress shoes with dress pants or even chinos are recommended, with a tie, vest or jacket being optional.
Unfortunately, we cannot host any children at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding.
Uber is the best option to get to the ceremony, as there unfortunately is not a parking lot next to the ceremony site. There will be a shuttle available that guests can take from the ceremony to Cocina Abierta, reception dinner site. If you are driving to Cocina Abierta, there is onsite valet parking for $8, self lot parking, and street parking. Keep in mind that the parking lot is small and the area around Cocina Abierta will be busy on a Friday night.

You do not need a passport as Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States.
Puerto Rico uses US currency. It is wise to carry some cash with you or have ApplePay set up as some vendors do not take credit cards.
The average temperatures in June are in the mid to high 80's, with a lot of humidity. There may be rain but it typically does not last the whole day.
The wedding ceremony will be outside and the dinner reception will be held inside. In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved to a backup location.
Yes! We recommend visiting the ‘Things to Do’ page of our wedding website, where we’ve compiled all of our favorite local hot spots and fun things to do in the area.
We recommend booking an AirBnb or VRBO, in the Condado area of San Juan, near Ashford Ave. There are also many hotels in the area, but we have not reserved room blocks at any hotel.
If you have any questions, please contact Edith, the maid of honor and sister of the bride. You can email her at evelez18@gmail.com or text her at (614) 226-5587. If you call her, she probably won't answer because she's a millennial and unplanned phone calls give her anxiety. But if you leave a voicemail she'll definitely call you back!
