Please RSVP by April 1st. If you do not RSVP by this date, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s. (We will only be providing seating, food, and drink accommodations to those who RSVP as attending.)

Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional guests due to a limited budget. We can only accommodate those on the formal invitation. You can see who is on our guest list by entering your name while you RSVP on our website (https://www.zola.com/wedding/mirandaandtodd2024). If you received a plus one or any additional guests, their names will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding!
We kindly ask that you leave your furry loved ones at home. If you must bring them, please do not bring them to the wedding festivities as our dogs will be there and they can be reactive with other dogs.
We would love to see our guests get dressed up for our big day. Dress code is beach formal attire- cocktail dresses, dress shirts/pants, suits are optional (no jeans please). Please keep in mind the venue is outdoors and on grass. Bring a jacket for the night as it may get a little chilly.

- The legal address of the venue is 23368 Mack Arch Road, Gold Beach, Oregon 97444; however, the actual road name is Arch Rock Place at the location. There will be a sign at the start of the entrance. - The Arch Rock Main Lawn Venue is located 14 miles north of Brookings, Oregon and 13 miles south of Gold Beach, Oregon, between mileposts 341 and 342. - When traveling north from Brookings, you will cross the Thomas Creek Bridge (10 miles) and the Burnt Hill Creek fill (14 miles) and then Burnt Hill Beach road. Turn left (west) at Arch Rock Place. If you travel too far, you will pass Byrdies Road. - When traveling south from Gold Beach, you will cross the Pistol River Bridge (10 miles) and will then pass Byrdies road, turning right (west) on Arch Rock Place. If you travel too far, you will pass milepost 342 and Burnt Hill Beach road.
