Kindly RSVP using the RSVP section of our website before Sunday, April 28th. If you are unable to attend, we would appreciate you letting us know at the soonest opportunity. Any RSVPs received after this date will be marked as a 'no' as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline - you will be missed!
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless it is specifically indicated on your envelope. For example, your invite would list "(your name) & Guest". When you go to RSVP, you will be able to see the exact number of people you can RSVP for.
We love your little ones - however, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event with the exception of the children in the wedding party. We encourage you to use this evening to have a fun date night!
Yes! Semi-Formal: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. We invite you to join in the wedding's color palette by wearing any combination of black and white. No jeans please! Additionally, the grass lawn is soft so re-think stilettos! If you are still unsure of what to wear, click the following link: https://www.yeahweddings.com/semi-formal-wedding-attire/ Also, prepare for weather of about 72 during the day and 63 after the sunset. Please feel free to bring sunglasses for the ceremony and to remove any jackets at any time you're too warm.
The ceremony and cocktail hour are planned to be held outdoors (weather dependent). The reception will be in the air conditioned indoor facilities.
The ceremony will be open seating so sit wherever you please. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one or partner). We know weddings are a mixing pot of guests who may not know one another, and we want to ease any anxieties for guests who may be a bit more introverted. Hopefully, this can put some of you at ease!
The ceremony will be starting promptly at 4:30pm, we recommend guests arrive between 3:45-4:15 so there is time to mingle and find a seat. If you happen to be late, our coordinator will let you know if they are still allowing guests in or if you will need to wait until the ceremony is over. If that happens, you will still be able to attend the reception so hang tight and we will see you at the reception! Thank you so much for understanding.
We kindly ask that there are no phones & cameras during our wedding ceremony.
There will be plenty of parking available (and its paved!). Should you need wheelchair accessible parking, there is a parking lot directly in-front of the venue with multiple handicapped spots. The venue also has ramps to accommodate wheelchairs.
We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. White Willow Meadow's (of course) agrees. As such, they allow guests to leave their vehicles overnight at the venue and pick them up the next morning by 10:00am. We recommend using rideshare apps (Uber, Lyft) for transportation if you plan on drinking!
Yes! We will have a variety of options to meet everyone's dietary needs.
