We are so excited to share our celebration with you!

Jeff was living in Columbus, Ohio, and Mindy was in Tallahassee, Florida. Jeff is an alumni of Florida State University and was looking for a date for a FSU football game in the fall of 2016. He asked me out, and I said NO! I already had plans to go with a girlfriend (Becky), so I said I felt bad that he was coming into town and I was booked for the game. I offered, “You can take me to dinner if you would like?” So we met for dinner Friday night before the game on Saturday, and my short commitment to meet him for a quick bite turned into a 7 hour date… We didn’t go to the game together the next day, but we did see each other at the stadium. That was the last game I ever went to as a single lady!! We continued to travel back and forth to see each other and here we are now. Jeff proposed to me in our backyard on #15 fairway of Muirfield Village Golf Club. Surprised and so happy, I said, “Heck yes! It only took me 20 years to find you!” Now we are living in Columbus during the summer and in Bonita Springs, Florida, during the winter while visiting Tallahassee often, seeing Mom and Dad, and attending FSU football and golf events!
