Yes, there is plenty of parking at the Venue. At the Wildflower Barn there are two event spaces. We will be married at the "Meadow Barn." There will be staff to escort you to the correct parking spot once you have entered the venue.
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
The ceremony and reception are entirely outdoors with only a covered barn for dancing, The ground is mostly earth and gravel so please bring appropriate footwear. As well a sweater or dinner jacket may be preferable around this time of year.
Yes! Dinner will be served. We will be serving beer and wine, as well as kombucha on tap. We will also be serving Kava, a non-alcoholic ceremonial Hawaiian beverage that calms the mind and eases the spirit. We grow Kava on our farm in Hawaii and would love to share this special offering with you.
Absolutely. Our venue is mostly outdoors with lots of space for exploring and running around. Please bring your children, we will have lawn games and other fun kid friendly activities.
No, we have a small home in Hawaii with everything we need to begin our married life together. There will be a card table at the reception if you would like to write us a love letter or donate to our future endeavors or honeymoon fund.
This is a semi-formal event, please leave your tux at home and bring shoes you can dance in!
