Resort Restaurant Dress Code
Answer
Most restaurant and bars at the resort are pretty causal, but please advise some restaurants require a dress code. We are not sure how strict they enforce this requirement, however a couple have a 'Casual Elegance' Dress Code ( i.e. Long pants and collared shirt for men).

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony and reception will be outdoors (weather permitting).

Will I need a passport?
Answer
YES. U.S. citizens must present a valid U.S. passport book or card when traveling to Mexico.

Do you have guest room blocks at more than one hotel?
Answer
We have reserved a room block only at Secrets Akumal Riviera Maya. Unfortunately, the hotel requires all guest intending to attend wedding festivities stay on hotel premises.

Am I allowed to bring my children?
Answer
As much as we would love all of our friends and families little ones to join, unfortunately we cannot host any one under the age of 21 at our wedding. We appreciate your understanding!
Question
If I am not able to attend, will there be another opportunity to celebrate?
Answer
Yes! We know how complicated planning, traveling and life in general gets, so we will be hosting a small celebration in Chicago shortly after.
