Answer

You should receive the wedding invitation around December 9, 2023 weekend. Approximately 2 months before our wedding date.

Question

What date should I R. S. V. P. by?

Answer

New Years Eve! Sunday, December 31, 2023 By scanning the QR code that will be provided in the wedding invitation. If you open up your phone camera, hover over the QR code like you were to take a picture and hold one finger down on the screen in the center, a link will pop up (tap it) and it will direct you to the RSVP. Please follow instructions from there. If you have any further questions please contact us at our wedding email… millerkelley2924@gmail.com

Question

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black Tie Optional: Formal attire. A black-tie optional dress code gives a few formal options to choose from. Men are requested to wear a tuxedo, but can opt for a dark suit. Women can choose either a long formal evening gown, a shorter cocktail dress, or dressy separates.

Question

What time should I arrive at the church?

Answer

We recommend that you plan to arrive at 1:30pm which is a half hour before the start of the ceremony to ensure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Will shuttle transportation be provided?

Answer

Yes. Two hours before cocktail hour/reception and two hours after the reception there will be a Ace Limousine shuttle bus to take guests back and forth from the hotels (Marriott and Loews) to the venue- Crystal Tea Room, for those who would rather not walk. (Please see map in photos section)

Question

Where should guests park?

Answer

Parking is provided beneath the Wanamaker Building at 89 South Juniper Street, Philadelphia, PA 19107. The entrance to the garage is off of Juniper Street, between Penn Square and Chestnut Street. Bear right onto Juniper Street from Penn Square and the garage will be on your left. There is also parking at the Marriott or Loews whichever hotel you choose to stay.

Question

Are children invited?

Answer

We love your little ones, although, our wedding is going to be an adults-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the little babes at home so you can enjoy, relax and celebrate with us!

Question

What happens between ceremony and cocktail hour/reception?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be having photos taken in the Philadelphia area near the venue. There will be an intermission break between the ceremony and cocktail hour/reception start times. Guests may want to use this time to check-in at selected accommodations at either the Marriott Hotel and Loews Hotel…. or relax and grab a coffee or drink at a local coffee shop or pub close by… we suggest McGillin’s Olde Ale House (the oldest pub in Philadelphia region) located at 1310 Drury Street, around the corner from the venue. https://mcgillins.com/ … don’t be late for cocktail hour though, there will be A LOT of delicious food and drinks at the cocktail hour and reception! So we recommend not having a large lunch!

Question

Will there be any vegan/vegetarian/gluten-free/special diet options?

Answer

We can accommodate special diets, please contact us ahead of time! Please send an email with your questions/requests to millerkelley2924@gmail.com

Question

Answer

The reception is scheduled to end at 10:30 pm. BUT the celebration continues following the reception with an After Party until 12:30 am (see details in events section) DJ, dancing, late night food/snacks and drinks! We hope you will join us!

Question

Are you having an unplugged ceremony?
