We were introduced on a blind date, courtesy of our matchmaking couple, Maid of Honor Nikki and Matt's friend Andrew. Our first outing was a double date at World of Beer Trivia Night. We were having so much fun and wanted to extend the date, so afterwards we all went out and Matt & Molly shared a cookie skillet (a bit scandalous, we know!). And as a fun tradition, every anniversary we return to the very same spot to savor that memorable cookie skillet... where it all began.

The date had been marked on our calendars for a month, seemingly as a party at Matt's friend Joe's house. That morning, Matt's sister, Colleen, approached us with an enticing offer; she had hard-to-get dinner reservations we could use that evening, but in return, she asked for a small favor. Little did Molly know, that this errand would take her to a surprise location where Matt decided to pop the question. Afterwards our parents joined us for a brief photo session and toast. Then Molly was informed we were all going out to dinner to celebrate. However, we made an unexpected stop at Color Theory. Once inside Molly was greeted and surprised by their friends and siblings! We are absolutely thrilled to embark on this next chapter in our lives and we can't wait to celebrate it with you all! Love, Matt and Molly

Molly's childhood crush was Joe Jonas. Matt's was Selena Gomez. Selena Gomez dated Joe Jonas's brother Nick. Both Molly and Matt's first jobs were data entry. They have their match makers (Nikki and Andrew) to thank for putting them together! Molly kissed Matt first, but he said I love you first. Their first date was a double-date at World of Beer for trivia. Matt took Molly out a few days later to Appetites on Main, where they talked the entire time and barely ate their meals. Sissy, the groom's mother, prayed during a retreat at Immaculata University for Matt to find someone special. Just a few days later, Matt told her he had gone on a date with a girl from Immaculata! Four years later, they are getting married.

Molly loves that Matt makes her feel at home. She loves that he is a social butterfly that makes everyone feel comfortable. Matt has a great sense of humor and loves to drive (which means she gets to be Passenger Princess!). Molly was drawn to Matt's laugh and smile. Matt loves that Molly makes him laugh. Everyone in his life loved her right away and that’s one of the many ways he knew how special she was. Matt always loved Molly's commitment to thoughtful gifts for everyone around her. Matt's favorite memory with Molly was their trip to Cancun, where he even found out she is an expert in Archery!
