What about transportation and parking?

Answer

We are expecting around 130 loved ones to join us for the celebration. We encourage carpooling and use of our free shuttle to prevent congestion of parking areas. Shuttle information: While parking is available, if you are coming from out of town or are conveniently located near Armory Square, we encourage use of our free shuttle, which will depart from the Jefferson Clinton Hotel (416 South Clinton Street) at 4:30pm. The shuttle will leave the wedding at 9:45 to return you back to Armory Square. While we do live a few minutes outside the city, Lyfts & Ubers are still available, so that is always an option.

What do I wear?

Answer

We encourage you to dress for a “fall cocktail party” vibe(give it a google-- there are lots of ideas!), but ultimately want you to come in what makes you feel good. It's October in Syracuse, so we recommend planning accordingly for whatever Mother Nature may bring us that day. Most of the evening will be spent under a big heated tent. The ground can be soft, so while heels look adorable, you might want to rethink them! (Don’t forget- we’re on a farm!)

Outdoors in October! What if it's cold?

Answer

Mother nature can pull all kinds of stunts, but we are keeping our fingers crossed for a beautiful fall night! We encourage guests to bring a sweater or jacket-- we want everyone to feel comfortable. We have rented a huge, heated tent with sides for the reception space, and it will also double as our ceremony space in the case of inclement weather.

Am I allowed to bring my children?

While your children are important to us, this is an adults-only event with the exception of our nieces & nephews!

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Open bar (beer, wine & liquor) & plenty of non-alcoholic beverages will be provided. We encourage everyone to have a great time and drink responsibly.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Answer

Our wedding will be buffet style and we plan to have plenty of options for everyone! If you have specific concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out.
