Things To Do

Per the Catholic gap we know you'll have a bit of spare time, so here are a few of our favorite spots around town.

Virginia Museum of Fine Arts

200 North Arthur Ashe Boulevard, Richmond, VA 23220

There's some pretty cool art, Chihuly glass outside, and a breathtaking statue called Rumors of War. We also got engaged here, so we're totally biased.

Carytown

Richmond, VA 23221

This is a little strip of Cary Street with awesome shops and cafes. For the creative gift lover, check out Mongrel, bookstore - Shelf Life Books, for Eileen's Capital One peeps - the Cafe has great coffee.

Scott's Addition Historic District

Richmond, VA 23230

Welcome to the beer capital of Virginia's capital. You will find tons of great craft breweries and cideries all within blocks of each other. A few of our favorites are: Hardywood (all around athlete) Vasen (great asthetic) Ardent (helped us survive wedding planning) Blue Bee (for our classy, gluten free friends who drink cider) Gelati Celesti (frozen deliciousness as the name implies, also a pivotal part of our second date and engagement)

For all the days along the way
