What is the dress code?

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day! Beach Formal is the wedding attire. Florals, flowy skirts, blues, tans, and beachy colors are encouraged. Please no jeans & avoid shades of white.

What is Beach Formal wedding attire?

Answer

For men's beach formal attire, a suit is usually your safest bet, but skip black and choose a color like blue or tan instead. Summer fabrics, like linen and seersucker, are appropriate for this dress code, although you are not confined to these choices. While an elevated maxi dress is an appropriate option for women, so are high-low and midi dresses or a classy jumpsuit or pantsuit. You can opt for bright colors, pastels or formal metallics, as well as simple patterns. As for accessories, look for block heels or a dressy wedge. Elegant jewelry is a great way to add an extra dose of formality.

Can I bring my children?

Please note that this is an adults-only celebration with the exception of those in the wedding party. We encourage you to take this night for yourselves and make it into a "night out."

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

Due to venue restrictions, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally included on your wedding invitation.

When do we need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by September 21st, using the RSVP tab in the menu. If you do not RSVP in time, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00pm. Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Where do I park?

Answer

Guests will park in the parking garage within the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort & Royale Palms complex. *Note: you will need to arrive at the Hilton Myrtle Beach Resort, not the Royale Palms, as the ceremony will be held at the Hilton.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outdoors on a grass lawn at the Hilton, and cocktail hour & reception will take place indoors/outdoors at the Black Drum Brewing.
