On our first trip to Sedona, we (Mike and Sam) watched the sunset from here where a stranger noticed our young love connection and asked to take a picture for us to capture the moment. Fun fact: this has been Mike's background of his phone since then and is a very special place for the couple :)
Rated HARD on AllTrails. 1.2 miles- GORGEOUS VIEWS. Very difficult hike to complete with a majority being rock scrambling but some of the best views. If you wish to do this hike, the Trailhead parking lot is closed Thurs-Sunday so you must park at the shuttle location (1294 SR 179) and ride to the entrance (approx 10 mins and returns for pickup every 15 min). (Sam and Mike's favorite place)
Get to experience the rocks with a guided tour in Jeeps. Visit website to book or book when here.
What better way to see Sedona's rocks than on a helicopter tour?!
Sedona is known for their vortexes. Check them out!
An old mining neighboring town with lots of art galleries, local boutique shopping, and jewelry stores. While Mike and Sam have never been, we have heard its a neat place to check out.
Get creative but find a place to see the stars. You won't regret it! (See FAQ about Sedona's Dark Sky Community)
