Andrew has always been one of Mikayla’s biggest supporters, whether that was in school activities or her career, including helping her move about a thousand times! He is the best dog uncle out there to Dexter! He has been her built in best friend since day one and always will be!

Cesar was one of the first people Carl met when he went to college and one of his closest friends during college. Cesar first met Carl while he tutored on his dorm floor, but Cesar taught Carl many things like Premier League Sundays, new genres of music, and how to cook with more than just salt and pepper, to name a few. Cesar can start a conversation with anyone about anything and Carl can always look to him for interesting talk with a unique perspective and a good laugh.
Reya Sands

Reya is Mikayla’s cousin who grew up close by in Cedar Rapids. Reya was like the little sister Mikayla and Andrew never had and shared in many family traditions like Zoey's Pizza for birthdays. She has always been there as a friend for the ups and downs of life. Reya lights up any room she walks into and always brings the party! There's not enough words to sum up how amazing Reya is!

Marc AKA Mools is one of Carl’s younger brothers. Whether it was doing chores, playing Lego Star Wars, or creating an award-winning science project, Mools was always there for Carl growing up and supported him in his decisions, good or bad.

Emma is one of Mikayla’s best friends from college and former roommate. She was her support system as they worked through their Chemistry degrees at Platteville with many Chinese food dates, Saw movie marathons, and wine nights. Emma will always be Mikayla's partner in crime!
Carter Shaull

Carter is one of Carl’s best friends from high school. Carter has all the musical ability Carl wishes he had. Between band to several choirs, Carter has always had a great ear for music. Carter once told Carl that Carl was good at singing during a school mass. Which means, Carter is the kind of person willing to lie to his friends to make them feel special and we all need one of those. Since high school, Carl has looked forward to the next time he can share some Miller Lites with Carter while chatting on his porch.

Darcy is one of Mikayla’s best friends from college. Darcy is the best hype woman you could ever want. She has been a fierce and loyal friend and guide, since the day they met! Life with Darcy in it is always full of fun adventures and a few drinks!

Kevin is one of Carl’s best friends from high school who lived nearest to Carl's family farm and one of Mikayla’s best friends she met during college. Kevin could always be counted on as a dance partner at Wild West Wednesdays and for a phone call on long drives. Not to mention he can be the life of the party!
Kayla Schneider-Larkins

Kayla is Carl’s oldest sister. Growing up they had a somewhat rocky relationship due to Carl being an annoying younger brother. However, once they were not in each other’s spaces 100% of the time, Carl now looks to Kayla as an entertaining, wise older sister. While Carl was quiet, Kayla was always talking around the table growing up, usually sharing a wild new story about something that happened that day.
Quenton Schneider

Quenton AKA Q is Carl’s oldest brother. He has been a role model for all of Carl’s life and his roommate for the first 14 years. If you see someone that looks like Carl but isn't, it is probably Q. As a child, everyone told Carl that he looked exactly like his older brother while growing up. It helps that they had the same buzzcut.
Laura Rose

Laura is Carl’s second oldest sister. Laura and Carl shared a love of reading and many of the same books growing up. Laura and Carl were able to grow close as they drove the ‘Burban to high school and they took turns driving as one or the other had to finish some last-minute homework or studying. Laura moved to Colorado and became an adventurous soul who loves hiking up the mountains of Colorado and traveling to meet friends and family around the country. Fun fact Mikayla and Laura share a birthday two years apart!

Joe AKA “Yodes” is one of Carl’s younger brothers. To be honest, all I can say is there has never been a sane person who disliked Yodes. Sometimes he is kind of wild, but always a brilliant, kind person.
Andrea Schneider

Andrea is Carl’s youngest sister. She is one of the more creative Schneiders, she amazes all with her artistic abilities, whether crafting furniture out of paper, crocheting, or drawing. She is always interested in experiencing new things, Carl was the one to introduce Andrea to her favorite drink, matcha. She is amazing with Dexter and Carl appreciates all the times she has offered or been asked to watch the dog.
