Question

What happens if I do not RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided, it will be marked as a "No". We will miss you celebrating with us, however we have to provide a total guest count to the venue in the timely manner they have given to us and cannot accept late RSVP's due to this. Thank you for understanding!

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is semi-formal attire. We want our guests to dress up with us. For the ladies, we recommend mid-length, knee-length hemlines, a fun cocktail dress, or a stylish pantsuit. For the gentlemen, we recommend a suit with a button-up shirt and dress shoes. We ask that all guests refrain from wearing white, dusty blue, and desert coral pink. The color black is highly recommended.

Can we take our own pictures + videos throughout the day?

Answer

Our ceremony will be an unplugged service. For this, we ask all phones and cameras to be put away and there be no pictures or videos taken. We have hired professionals for this moment and want to ensure that everyone be present in this special moment with us. You are more than welcome to take photos + videos throughout the course of the reception! If you do take any photos + videos during the reception and post them, be sure to use the hashtag #BiggMeekinsEnergy so we are able to look back on them after the wedding festivities!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony is outdoors and the reception will be held indoors.

How does seating work?

Answer

The ceremony will be open seating, so sit wherever you please. However the front row(s) will be reserved for family members ONLY. For the reception, we will be carefully arranging tables so our guests are sat with those they know (or their plus one/partner).

Is there parking available at the venue?

Answer

Yes, there is complimentary guest parking. We will include signage and our wedding party will help direct as needed.

Since there will be alcohol, what do we do about driving?

Answer

We DO NOT want anyone drinking and driving. We recommend using Uber (we have checked to ensure that there are Uber drivers who travel from the hotel location(s) to our venue) for transportation if you plan on drinking.
