We met in the summer of 2021 at a 50th birthday pool party in Los Angeles. We have literally been six degrees of separation from one another for over 30 years and had never crossed paths until that night. We truly believe God kept us apart until we were ready for each other.

The proposal was magical, one perfectly planned for a woman that is truly loved by a man! Regis planned an elaborate surprise engagement party with the help of so many special family and friends. Our engagement was held at the very place we met, in the very spot we bumped into one another. There were lots of white lies told, blindfolds worn and secrets kept, so much that when our special song, “My Song”, came on I was excited to hear it but wondering what song my dear friend was going to have played. I was not prepared for what was to come but once that blindfold came off there was nothing more than “Absolutely, yes” that crossed my mind!
