Things To Do

Here is a list of some of our favorite places in the Tampa Bay area!

Armature Works

1910 North Ola Avenue, Tampa, FL 33602

Armature Works is a historic mixed-use hub ripe for exploration — full of unique experiences, innovative eateries, memorable events and everything in-between. With its unobstructed view of the Hillsborough River, the historic structure has been restored and reimagined into what is now a premier Tampa destination. This is why it's the perfect place to have our wedding!

Sparkman Wharf

615 Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL 33602

Situated along Garrison Channel in downtown Tampa, Sparkman Wharf features waterfront views, craft beer, live music and exceptional dining.

Hyde Park Village

1602 West Swann Avenue, Tampa, FL 33606

Hyde Park Village is a modern oasis for discerning shoppers, travelers and Tampa residents looking for the very best. Here, you’ll find six city blocks of beloved local shops, restaurants and indie brands, as well as the top names in fashion and fitness known around the world.

Ybor City Historic District

Tampa, FL 33605

Tampa Bay's historical and cultural roots lie in Ybor City. Many of the buildings echo the charming brick exteriors of converted cigar factories, in homage to the area's celebrated history as the Cigar Capital of the World. But cigar making is only a part of this multifaceted district's present and future, with independent cigar rollers keeping the tradition alive. The brick streets and iron balconies of 7th Avenue welcome revelers day and night. One favorite restaurant by the bride and groom is The Columbia Restaurant. The Columbia Restaurant has been in business since 1905, which makes it the oldest restaurant in Florida!

Busch Gardens Tampa Bay

10165 McKinley Drive, Tampa, FL 33612

Whether you’re a coaster enthusiast or want rides that are fun for the whole family, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay is home to some of Florida’s best roller coasters & thrill rides. Busch Gardens is also home to more than 200 species of animals. From fan-favorites to critically endangered species, Busch Gardens provides world-class care to thousands of animals as one of North America’s largest zoos.

ZooTampa at Lowry Park

1101 West Sligh Avenue, Tampa, FL 33604

The Florida Aquarium

701 Channelside Drive, Tampa, FL 33602

St. Pete Pier

600 2nd Avenue Northeast, St. Petersburg, FL 33701

A signature destination on the downtown St. Pete waterfront, the St. Pete Pier is the anchor of the St. Pete Pier District, which spreads out across 26 acres. Filled with family-friendly green spaces, eateries, attractions and activities, the St. Pete Pier is the perfect place to spend a day. The bride and groom live nearby and highly recommend checking out the St. Pete Pier for the best views!
