We met while working at Outback Steakhouse. Our first encounter was at a computer system. Michael, being the social butterfly that he is, was ringing in an order and chatting with our coworkers. Patience is not one of Zoe's strong suits and she was done waiting. So, she quickly pushed him out of the way, saying that it would only be a minute. As she walked away, she was totally unaware that she had just met the love of her life. Later in the shift, she went up and apologized and an amazing friendship began.

Our first date was a midnight showing of the horror movie "IT". Zoe was terrified the entire time and spent the majority of the movie cuddled up to Michael and using him as a human shield. This date was the start of endless amounts of laughter, adventures, and love that has brought us to where we are today.

Just days after celebrating 2 years of dating, Michael and Zoe went out to eat at one of their favorite restaurants, SOTO. After an amazing meal filled with great food, wine, and laughter, and a short Uber ride to the Banks in Cincinnati, Michael got down on one knee and asked if they could spend their lives together. Through tears and laughter, the proposal was accepted and their journey began. Now they prepare to embark on the next adventure of their life and get married.
