Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids - we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off! Ages 5 and under will not have a seat at the table for dinner.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the venue?

Answer

Yes, there will be a shuttle from 9-midnight back to Ironworks and Fairfield hotels. Guests are able to leave their cars parked at the venue overnight if needed.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes. If not, we would prefer if it was just you.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal to formal attire. Ladies, midi formal, tea, or floor length maxi dresses. Gentleman, dress shirt & tie, suit coats, or blazer jackets. No jeans, t-shirts, short skirts or shorts please. We want you to feel your best all dressed up along side us! The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. Ladies, please take this into account when choosing your heels!

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony to allow for time to park and find a seat.

Question

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors on the green. Reception will be indoors. Please plan accordingly with sunscreen, proper footwear (no sharp heels allowed on the green), etc.
