Kayla and Michaela go wayyyy back and have been besties since elementary school! She has been through all the good and bad phases of growing up and has never left her side. They spent their childhood at basketball and softball practice together, and Michaela spent many "game days" at the Patterson household. From their trips to the ski hills of Colorado, the Nashville bars, and the West Coast - there is ALWAYS a story when they are together.
Hannah Wilz

Hannah and Michaela met in their college dorm room in La Crosse and lived together throughout their college years. A fun fact is that they chose each other on "roommate finder" and formed a lifelong friendship from this (which is RARE from what we have heard). The 3rd street bars used to know them well in La Crosse, and they made it through the woe's of terrible but cheap college housing. Now they continue to remain close visiting and spending time with Hannah and Grant's one year old daughter Vivian!
Jess Depas

Michaela met Michael in the first place because of his amazing sister Jess! Michaela and Jess met at UWGB and have stayed very close friends ever since seeing each other on weekend visits throughout the years. Michaela and Michael were introduced during this time frame but did not start dating until years later. Jess and Michaela have found adventures hiking, kayaking, and snowshoeing (including getting stuck AND getting themselves out of the ditch during the same trip). Now Jess and Trevor recently welcomed their first daughter (Wrenley). Michael and Michael are her godparents and enjoy visiting them often!
Claire Drevs

Claire and Michaela met in college through mutual friends at UWL and since have been roommates (multiple times!), she always kept in touch and we grew even closer after graduation. Now Michaela has stayed here in Green Bay with her during clinical rotations (thanks Claire and Connor!) - They have enjoyed many visits together back in La Crosse, and more recently enjoy adult life together walking their dogs, having "girl dinners" together, and random ice cream trips to make the weekdays a little brighter. Very thankful to still live in Green Bay together!
Taylor Trondson

Taylor and Michaela met back in their college dorm days and went on to be roommates throughout those years! From the weekly Howie's happy hours to living thousands of miles away from each other - they still had a knack for finding the best happy hours around together. Since graduation, we have stayed close visiting and planning trips together all over the country (Florida, Colorado, and Ashville!) where grad school and life have taken them.
Mitchell School

Mitch and Michel have been close friends since their grade school days. From playing basketball together as kids they continued to remain close into adulthood -- including many cabin weekends, spring break trips, and more. Michael introduced Mitch to his friends in college which led to a closely knit group. When Mike left Milwaukee, Mitch soon took his throne of “best roommate” with Luke. They continue to get together often including Kip Moore concerts, packer games, and random festivals.
Luke Maurer

Luke, aka “Diesel”, met Michael through school and working in college. They had the some degree in kinesiology and also worked together as part of the hype squad with the Milwaukee Bucks. They soon became close friends and became roommates in various high class Milwaukee apartments. They are known for their world class strawberry daiquiris which was a frequent drink of choice in college.
Andrew Telshow

Andrew and Michael met each other through their physical therapy class at UWM and became quick friends. They managed to study some but spent a larger amount of time working out, playing pickup basketball, and partying with a classic saying of, “We ain’t got no homework!” Mike now has been to 7 straight 4th of July parties with the Telschow family and feels like a brother to him now.
Trevor Depas

Trevor is Michael's bother-in-law; and also spent a few years as "roommates" throughout Michael's clinical rotations and residency. They were gracious enough to give him affordable housing during these busy times (thanks Jess and Trevor!). They both enjoy watching sports together and sometimes would miss out on house chores if the Bucks or Packers were playing. Trevor and Jess recently had a daughter which Michael and Michaela are godparents too and we are lucky enough to live close by to see them often.
Andrew Hegewald

Andrew is Michael's older brother - they go way back with years spent growing up together having too much fun around the farm (along with the chores too!). With them always getting on Moms nerves they were always sent outside to find things to do. This included home run derbies, 1v1 basketball, and running football drills. This is where they get a lot of their competitiveness and closeness through growing up. Now Andrew has two kids with Mike being the godfather to Zeke.
