When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP as soon as you can and no later than September 16th

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask guest to arrive to the ceremony 30 minutes prior to the start (3:30pm) so that everyone can park and comfortably find their seats.

When and where is the reception?

Answer

The reception will immediately follow the ceremony in the same location at the Watilo Woods.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Michael and Madison want their friends and family to be comfortable and enjoy the celebration. So if you want to take a night and get all dressed up- go for it! If dressing casual is more your style - also go for it! They do not have a dress code but are getting married outside in October in Northern California. The venue is in a wooded area with bark and/or grass covering the ground. The weather will be in-between the high 50s and low 70s.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We are so excited to have you and your kiddos join us for the celebration! That being said - parents - it is totally up to you if you want to take the night off and leave the kids at home or bring them along for the party. Whatever is best for you and your family. If your kids are attending the wedding, please include them in your RSVP so we can make sure there is enough food for everyone!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is parking at the Watilo Woods!

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be not be any transportation provided from the hotels to or from the ceremony. If you do not have a ride to and from the wedding, we recommend using Uber or Lyft.
