Mack is Lynlea's best friend from eighth grade after the two shared a heartfelt belting rendition of "Part of Your World." Mack has been like Lynlea's older sister, closest confidante, and daily Facetime call for over a decade. Lynlea can remember so many late-night drives together listening to Little Mix with the windows down, Starbucks in hand, sharing every detail (probably too many) with each other. Mack can always be relied upon for a listening ear, and an honest (& humbling) word. Her friendship has been vital for Lynlea during so many transitions and has been a loyal and constant encourager for Lynlea their entire friendship. Love you Glinda!
Daniel Carder Jr.
Best Man
Daniel is Michael's older brother. He's married to his wife Abby and they have a daughter named Mia-Jane, Michael's niece. Daniel is Michael's best friend and someone he has looked up to all his life. The two have bonded over Power Rangers, Superheroes, Sports, Movies and Music. Because of Daniel, Michael found BGSU along with his many friendships and memories from those years. Daniel loves leading worship, playing video games, and watching movies in his spare time. Michael is honored to have his Daniel stand at his side for this special day.
Shannon Rose

Shannon has been Lynlea's best friend since the first week in college at Cincinnati Christian University, and takes full credit, along with her husband, for the setting up of the bride and groom. Shannon and Lynlea became roommates, living in a garage for a semester, and have been inseparable ever since. Lynlea was the third wheel of Shannon and Daniel's dates for three years until they got sick of it and brought Michael into the picture! Shannon and Lynlea's favorite things are laughing until they cry, watching terrible reality TV, and heart-to-hearts late into the night. Lynlea is so grateful for Shannon's presence in her life for so many years. Love you Sherm!
Alfonso Mack

Alfonso has been one of Michael's consistent friends since his BGSU days. He is a caring husband to his wife Catherine and his son Isaiah. Alfonso (a former D1 football player) is a pastor who loves Jesus, video games, music, and movies. Michael and Alfonso bond over sports, movies, superheroes, and Christian hip-hop. Michael is forever grateful for the friendship and brotherhood Alfonso has given.
Katie Barnes

Katie and Lynlea became best friends on the first day of college when Lynlea marched into Katie's dorm room and declared they would be friends forever! Katie is Lynlea's skincare guru, and everyone can thank Katie for fueling Lynlea's reading obsession. Katie and Lynlea love to have reading dates in which they drink coffee, eat cinnamon rolls, and read amazing books. Katie and Lynlea have managed to keep up their close friendship for years despite long distance thanks to extensive phone calls and the exchanging of NYT games scores. Love you Katherine!
Spencer Lockwood

Spencer is one of Michael's oldest friends from his BGSU days. The two met in 2017 at a life group and have been best buds since. When Spencer is not studying to be a Nurse or working, he loves to be around friends playing board games. Michael is excited to have Spencer stand with him and is grateful for his consistent friendship.
Hailey Caley

Hailey is the bride's sister-in-law, as she married Lynlea's smelly little brother Sam. Lynlea has known Hailey since they were both little and were friends LONG before Sam came into the picture. Hailey and Lynlea went on mission trips together, attended Little Women's Group, and jammed to One Direction at any opportunity. Hailey's sense of humor, encouraging words, and ability to put up with her husband make Hailey the best sister Lynlea could have ever asked for and Lynlea is thrilled that she will stand with everyone when Lynlea and Michael get married. Love you Hail!
Josh McPheron

Josh is another one of Michael's old BGSU friends since 2016. He's married to Natalie and loves working in ministry with her in Athens, Ohio. Along with Michael, Josh loves superheroes, sports, and movies. The two bond frequently over those topics. Michael is blessed to have Josh stand with him on this special day.
Sara Spoelstra

Sara and Lynlea met when Lynlea joined Sara's bible study at the University of Cincinnati, and they instantly connected. Sara was vital for Lynlea after transferring schools and provided so much laughter, free coffee, and Jesus talks. Lynlea moved into the Valley house in 2020, and not a day went by where one person was not barging into the other person's room. Sara and Lynlea became gym buddies (& Chick-fil-A right after), and spent much of the pandemic and undergraduate years together. Sara and Lynlea could often be seen watching Haunting of Hill House or breaking into song and dance in the wee hours of the night. Love you Sara!
Joseph Galati

Joe has known Michael since his freshman year at BGSU. Joe is one of the kindest people in the world his love for Jesus can be found in his love for others and his love for dance. Michael and Joe bonded together in the University Dance Alliance where they danced in multiple numbers together. Michael is thankful for Joe and the many years they've spent dancing and serving together at church.
Kylee Myers

Kylee is Lynlea's weird outlet, and this is the sincerest of compliments. Kylee was one of the girls in the Valley House, and once Lynlea found out that Kylee loved One Direction and Harry Styles, it was over. Lynlea's favorite thing to do with Kylee is make her laugh so hard she cries because Kylee truly gets Lynlea's sense of humor. Kylee is gentle, grounded, and always down for chaos or a concert. Kylee and Lynlea love talking in British accents, quoting vines and the video diaries, and making locker room jokes. Lynlea can count on Kylee to have her back as Kylee can practically read Lynlea's mind half the time. Love you Ky!
Daniel Rose

Daniel works with Michael at CedarCreek Church. He's quickly become one of Michael's closest friends since meeting in 2022. The two have bonded over sports, Lord of the Rings, their love of bourbon, and whiskey, and their faith in Christ. He and his wife Shannon introduced Lynlea to Michael and love to brag that this special day was all because of them. Michael is grateful for Daniel's steady wisdom and brotherhood.
