What are the addresses of the wedding ceremony and reception venues? Are they wheelchair accessible?
Answer
Good news! All events for the wedding day are at the same spot! So once you arrive for the ceremony, you will be hanging around for the rest of the day! The physical address is 274 River Rd, New Hope, PA 18938 and we will have really cool signage to guide you around the event! Also, yes, it is wheelchair accessible! There is an elevator to get down to the ceremony space or an option to view it from the bar above.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
We would love if you starting arriving at 4pm! The ceremony starts at 4:30 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
River House at Odette's has valet parking only. There will be a shuttle to accommodate any overflow.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?
Answer
We will have a shuttle provided by River house at Odette's! If it doesn't go to your hotel, we will follow up with more information!

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?
Answer
We would love for you to be unplugged during the ceremony. We have really wonderful vendors (photographer and videographer) to capture great shots so you can keep your phone in your pocket, bag, or jacket until after the ceremony.

Mike says no to a wedding hashtag. I say if you come up with a good one, please text me.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Formal/Cocktail. We will be in long dresses and suits! You should dress up too!

Are there any colors or styles you'd prefer me to wear?

We are leaning into spring florals, if that helps! Otherwise, do your thing!

What is the weather like in the area?
Answer
If you're familiar with Upstate NY, it will be 10 degrees warmer than whatever is going on in Upstate NY. Realistically, that means actually spring weather.

Will your wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Optimistically, we are having an outdoor ceremony! You never know with spring weather though! Cocktail hour and the reception will be hosted inside!

We've given everyone their date or plus one we are aware of. Please talk to one of us and we will see what we can do!

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We love your kids. We love that you love your kids. However, we are restricting our wedding to guests 21 and over because of the open bar.

Will there be an open bar?
Answer
Yes! Come ready to party! There will be a photo booth too!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know! Our venue should be able to accommodate! You'll be able to mark this information also as part of your RSVP.

Probably not! But you never know.
