Question
Will wedding events be outside?
Answer
Yes, all wedding events will be outside, however the reception will be tented. Pray for sunshine for us! We suggest bringing a sweater or light jacket as it does get chilly in the evening.

What time should I arrive for the wedding?
Answer
We ask that all guest arrive around 4pm for our ceremony that will begin at 4:30pm sharp.
Question
Will transportation be provided?
Answer
A shuttle bus will be provided from the Mission Pacific Beach Resort to Botanica, departing at 3:30pm. If you do not wish to take the shuttle you're welcome to Uber or drive. If you drive, the Botanica has a large parking lot where you can leave your car overnight. We ask that if you intend on consuming alcohol please do not drive home. A shuttle bus will be departing Botanica at 10pm and stopping at the after party before continuing on to the Mission Pacific. Transportation will not be provided home from the after party, but Uber is available and the venue is located a short walk away from the hotels listed on our website.

Are children invited?
Answer
While we absolutely adore your children, we have decided to keep all of our wedding events child-free. You parents deserve an evening off and we can't wait to celebrate with you! If you're looking for a local babysitter, www.sittercity.com and www.care.com are both great resources. Fun fact, many years ago Katie was hired as a part-time nanny via Sitter City!

Answer
Yes! Our venue requires all guests to present a valid ID and our after party venue does as well.
