Greater Rochester International Airport

The Greater Rochester International Airport will be the closest airport for flights for out out-of-town guests that would be flying into the area. However, given it's smaller size there may be cheaper flights options if you don't mind driving a little bit, so we have added a couple of others options.

Buffalo Niagara International Airport

The Buffalo Niagara International Airport is located approximately an hour drive west of the Rochester area and is an easy trip down I-90. This is a larger airport than Rochester and may offer more options and cheaper flights into the area. In addition, if you have time to kill it's approximately a 30 minute drive to the American side of Niagara Falls. Personally, we both think the view from the Canadian side is much better if you have the time, and are able to travel to Canada at that time, so bring your passport!

Syracuse Hancock International Airport

The Syracuse Hancock International Airport is located approximately an hour drive east of the Rochester area and is an easy trip down I-90. This is also a larger airport than Rochester and may offer more options and cheaper flights into the area.
