We have a block of rooms at Homewood Suites of Asheville. These rooms come with a full kitchen, however the group rate is only available for king-bed rooms. There is a separate sitting room with a sleeper sofa, so each room does accommodate 4. They do offer double queen rooms, but it will be at the standard rate since they are limited on queen rooms. There are a good amount of AirBnb's on the same road or very close by to the venue. We encourage people to book those as well as most of the festivities will take place on the property. There is plenty of parking on the property and we will have a golf cart if anyone needs to be picked up as long as you're close by! Asheville Regional Airport
If you plan to fly, Asheville Regional Airport is your best bet. It's only 20mins south of Asheville and 25min from the venue. It's a pretty small airport, so easy to navigate.
