Best Man
My best man is my father Tom Gaston. He has been here since day one and I could not image anyone else to be by myside throughout this process. It is crazy how life comes at you in a full circle. In my teens and early 20's I thought I knew all the answers but when I fell hard it was my dad and mom that picked me back up and directed to where I am now. All those times I thought he as just yelling to yell was my ignorance of him giving life advise that I use now. No matter how much I fought it my parents never stopped being persistent and I appreciate them giving me not only a second chance at life but hopefully pass the Gaston name down to the next generation. Side note.. His hobbies are calling me, texting me, and playing golf! Ha!
Groomsman
William and I have known each other since 1998. We played basketball and baseball together in high school. William has always been someone I could count on at any time of the day. A great example of that would of been him waking up around 3am one morning and getting myself, Philip (groomsman), and Jason out of mud in the middle of nowhere in 40 degree weather! He has a heart of gold and its an honor to have him in our wedding.
Groomsman
Philip and I went to high school together and were also neighbors. We had a lot of great memories throughout the years. Besides getting stuck in the mud at 3am, we would throw some of the best parties in the neighborhood back in the early 2000's. Philip has always been a great friend and its an honor to have him in our wedding.
Groomsman
"Duck" and I played football together at SCSU for a few years and our friendship has grown since our college days. We have had so many memories over the years and there is not one memory that sticks out that I can tell about on here. He is the little brother I never had and one of the most selfless people I know. Duck definitely keeps me grounded and its a honor to have him part of our wedding.
Groomsman
Michael and I played baseball in high school and just became great friends over the years. We were 4 years apart but we had a lot in common and had some great times in Atlanta. One of the things I do remember was when I sick with Bacterial Meningitis he was one of the first to come see me and that really meant a lot at that time of my life. Michael has one of those personalities that you want on your side and its a honored to have him part of our wedding.
Groomsman
So Ryan was the first person I met at Johnson High School at football summer workouts and we have been friends since then. I would be his carpool in the mornings some times since he lived right around the corner but we had a lot of good times over the year in Atl and also in Vegas! I will admit 15 years later I did leave Ryan in Buckhead and he had to take a taxi back to my place in Duluth for about $100. Sorry man. Ryan is full of character and fun. It is definitely a honor to have him part of the wedding.
Groomsman
Jonathon and I played football together in high school and has been one of those friends that is down to do anything whenever. That is one of things I appreciate about our friendship. Those trips to Atlanta, Vegas, Golfing, and etc. I am trying to think of a story that I can put on here that is funny and appropriate. He is truly one of the most genuine guys I know and it is a honor for him to be part of our wedding.
