We have a hotel block for January 17-19. This is where the wedding party will stay. The hotel is right downtown, directly next to the venue, and within walking distance to Welcome Drinks on Friday night. Please book early if you can, prior to December 16. Flight
Dane County Regional Airport (MSN) is 5 miles from downtown (the church and wedding venue, hotel, and Wisconsin State Capitol). It's very easy to get to and from via Uber. Other options which require a rental car or some other transportation: - Milwaukee Airport (MKE) (~an hour and a half hour drive to Madison) - Chicago O'Hare (ORD) (~a two hour drive to Madison) - Chicago Midway (MDW) (~a two and a half hour drive to Madison)
Rental Car
If your plan is to stay in the fun zone (walking distance to the hotel & downtown area) for the weekend you do not need to rent a vehicle. The MSN airport is 5 miles from our hotel blocks and is accessible by Uber and taxi. There will not be a shuttle service throughout the weekend so if you plan to stay in the suburbs, you may want to rent a car.
