Our approx timeline: 1:00pm Bus arrives at 260 Queen St Brisbane City for those who have confirmed a bus seat 2:00 Bus arrives at Samsonvale Hall. If you drive - find a parking space. Say hello and get settled in for the ceremony in the mountain air 2:30 Ceremony to start 3:00 Say hello to the newly weds! Gather round for photos with friends and family Drinks and mingle. Catch up with old friends and make new ones 4:00 Lawn games, nibbles and drinks on the grass. The newly weds will duck off for photos on the farm 5:30 Head inside and take a seat, there's no assigned seating. Grab a drink! 6:00 Pending sunset and photo timing, welcome the newly weds into the hall! Band to start. So... grab a drink! 6:00 Onwards will be band playing, Italian dinner served, speeches and general wedding reception goodness 10:00 Wrap up and and turn the music down. For those catching the bus it will leave shortly after. For those staying on site please be aware of the noise restrictions
