When is the RSVP deadline?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 2024, so we can have an accurate headcount. Please reach out to us if you have any problems with completing the online RSVP. Also please include an email address. A PowerPoint with details for the wedding will be sent.

Are we able to stay at another property?
Answer
We highly encourage everyone attending stay at PB Sunset Beach. Should you choose to stay at another resort, you will need to purchase your Sunset Beach bracelet in order to enter the property for the wedding festivities. The cost for the bracelets are $219 per adult, $149 for children 12-17, and $63 for children ages 3-11.

Do we have to pay for the entire resort reservation at time of booking?
Answer
Noooo. To secure reservations, the resort will only charge 1 night of stay. Guests have the option to either pay for entire reservation or pay in increments up to stay. The resort also allows guests to add or subtract days as needed. Guests MUST use the group reservation code for this accommodation.

What are the steps to pay for resort in increments?
Answer
1. Go to reservation confirmation email 2. Scroll down and click on ‘Modify or Cancel Reservation’ 3. On next page, scroll down and click on ‘Payment Options or Modify Reservation’ 4. Click Make a Payment (There are also other options that will allow guest to modify dates/room) 5. On the next page, guest have the option to pay for entire resort reservation or pay in increments. If paying in increments, type the amount you are wanting to pay on the reservation. 6. Repeat steps for further payments.

Is Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach an all-inclusive resort?
Answer
Yes, Pueblo Bonito Sunset Beach is an all-inclusive resort. This means that all of your food and drinks (including alcoholic beverages) are covered in your package. It does not include tips so it is recommended to bring extra $1 bills for tipping housekeeping and food service.

Yes, children are allowed at PB Sunset Beach. They have a variety of family-friendly amenities and activities available.

Can we book excursions or activities through the resort?
Answer
Yes, you can book excursions or activities through the resort's concierge team when you arrive. Discounts are available up to 25% off when using the group code. The group code is provided upon reserving the room.

Is the Ceremony/Reception Indoors or Outdoors?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception are to be held outside, but neither will take place directly on the beach so no need to worry about sand.
