We met at Best Buy. Conrad was a Sales Supervisor and Michaela had started as a seasonal employee. One of Michaela's first shifts alone Conrad came through the checkouts, She asked "what's your phone number?" for his best buy rewards but didn't finish the full question. Conrad's reply was "I have a girlfriend!" This had Michaela all flustered. A few months later Conrad started inviting Michaela out for drinks, and one night in April he invited her out and the rest was history. They have been together ever since!

It was almost our Second Anniversary, Conrad set up a couple's photoshoot done by our friend Hannah. The very last location we went to take photos, Hannah said "lets get some with the landscape in the background!" I turned around and Conrad was down on one knee! My first instinct was to say "Oh no!!" Obviously once the shock wore off a little bit I said yes!
