Wedding Party

We couldn't possibly do this day without each of these remarkable people standing with us. They mean the world to us and we are so lucky to have them in our lives.

Michaela

Bride

Favorite memory of Mike -- our first, technically "second date". We had gone hiking earlier in the day and when he dropped me off at home, he told me he needed to grab a few things and would be back in a few hours. We initially wanted to go to a drive-in, but they were closed -- so Mike brought the drive-in to me! He brought his projector, speakers, laptop, movie theatre box candy, wine, a cooler with water, and lawn chairs. We sat through the movie just talking, and that was my favorite.

Mike

Groom

My favorite memory of Michaela and me is our trip to Port Clinton. Getting to watch the sunrise together and dancing to Frank Sinatra are some of the happiest moments I've ever experienced. It let me know that I wanted to have you in my life for a very long time.

Nicole

Bridesmaid

Some of my favorite memories are when we met in a women's small group in 2018 and I quickly found out just how thoughtful, caring, insightful, and fun she is. Others include driving down to Faith Family Church for a conference, the A21 clothing swap, our taco dates, walks/hikes, laughs, and endless wisdom and support she always gives me. Michaela was there as I started dating my husband; helping me walk through each step: from being there by my side on my wedding day and then making sure my bathroom was clean (it's a long story lol) and even making sure we had a stockpile of toilet paper when we arrived home from our honeymoon (March 2020). But my favorite memory of all was the hug we shared on Christmas 2020 after several months of being separated due to the pandemic.

Todd

Groomsman

Cousin of the Groom Favorite memory - definitely our trip to Orlando. The top memory was riding the Jurassic park ride as the hot dog guys. Forever is one of my favorite blurry flip phone photos. Aside from that specific moment, the whole trip to Orlando was the first time we were able to run around the world together without parental supervision. Was that a bright idea? I don't know, you can ask the Revenge of the Mummy clean up crew.

Chava

Bridesmaid

When we first met, you were driving oodles of time to get to worship practice early on Sunday mornings. I love that you took me up on my offer to stay over with me when we barely knew each other! Other favorite memories are our countless dinners and hikes; always accompanied by deep conversation, raw honesty, tough questions, and lots of laughter! And how could I forget your kindness when my ankle was in such bad shape -- you spent the entire day with me just to keep me company, helped make meals and clean my house, and took me to doctor appointments. Your kindness, thoughtfulness, and steadiness are hallmarks of your character and I love you for it!

Phil

Groomsman

My favorite memory of Mike and I was the summer after our freshman year of college. Mike decided to come down one weekend to my parents’ house to visit and hang out. Then came Monday and he decided to stay a couple of days longer and then a few more days and then a few more. I think he ended up spending two weeks in a row. We ended up just going to Walmart and getting Pokémon Cards and eating Sonic’s every day but it was still my favorite summer as I got to spend it with my best friend.

Sara

Bridesmaid

My favorite memories were being your roomie; sitting on the yellow flower couches, making popcorn, drinking hot cocoa or tea, and just sitting and talking about life. Or working together in the dining room and worshipping. And having game nights! But also the time we went for a walk down Madison Ave and tried to jog in spurts while laughing too hard.

Jordan

Groomsman

My favorite memory was hanging out and catching up on life after Phil's Bachelor party.

Gab

Bridesmaid

My favorite memory is walking around the Rocky River Reservation, at the beginning of the pandemic, discussing life and our joint novel, "Love in the Time of Covid."

Grant

Groomsman

Brother of the Bride One of my most fond memories of my sister is way back when she helped me rehearse my lines and songs for my 8th-grade production of "Guys & Dolls" before anyone knew I could 'sing'.

Jeff

Best Man

Father of the Groom Favorite moments: Holding Mike for the first time, riding his first roller coaster, dog sledding in Alaska, and snorkeling on Maui with the seas turtles.
