The group rooming block along with the negotiated rates are being held until November 23rd, 2023. All unreserved rooms will be released back to the resort on November 24th, 2023. The minimum stay at the resort is 3 nights. If you plan on attending their wedding, please follow these steps to reserve your room: 1. Go to www.DestinationWeddin gs.com 2. On the homepage go under the "Weddings" tab and click on the box that says "Attend a Wedding" 3. It will bring you to a section called "Find a Wedding" 4. Enter either Pauline or Micheal's last name and their PASSCODE: Jamaica2024 5. Click Find A Wedding 6. You will then register as a new user with your information 7. This will bring you to their Attend Page where you can read about the hotel, explore room descriptions, pictures and features along with pricing and booking calendar 8. Pricing for rooms will populate once your travel dates are entered 9. Rates are per adult for the total number of nights you choose and include: your accommodations, all meals, drinks, taxes and gratuities along with your round trip airport resort transportation. This price does not include airfare. Child rates will populate after entering the child's date of birth under "ARE THERE ADDITIONAL GUESTS SHARING A ROOM WITH YOU?" 10. You will be offered Cancel for Any Reason Travel Protection Insurance. You will be able to view the actual policy prior to your purchase. While travel insurance is optional, it is highly recommended. Travel insurance requires payment in full at the time of the deposit and is nonrefundable/ nontransferable. 11. Click send and complete your credit card authorization form for your deposit ($100.00 per room OR $50.00 per person if more than two people sharing a room). If purchasing travel insurance, this amount will be added to your deposit as it requires payment in full at the time of purchase.

Once received, your deposit will be processed, reservations secured, and the invoice provided within a 72-hour period during normal business hours most times. If your desired room type or dates are outside the original rooming block this may take approximately 7 business days to receive confirmation from the resort. Not to worry! This is common with groups as we hold space without knowing exactly what all the guests will request. Should you encounter any issues with reserving your room on their Destination Weddings website, please reach out to Tasha via telephone or email (SORRY...TEXTING NOT AVAILABLE) and she can walk you through the booking process. Pauline and Michael would greatly appreciate your reservations along with your deposits to be submitted on or before November 23rd, 2023 in order to secure these rooms within their group along with a general idea of their guest count. Should you miss this booking window, please reach out to me prior to booking on your own via another booking source as we may still book rooms within their group as long as the resort has availability.
