Tatum & Micah met for the first time on November 13, 2021 and to be honest… neither of them thought anything of it. That weekend was a notorious “ring weekend” at A&M- several of Micah’s fraternity brothers had received their Aggie rings that day & there was lots of celebration. Micah had been hanging out with a few of his fraternity brothers and their dads…. One of these fraternity brother’s was dating Tatum’s best friend & MOH, Jenna Phillips. Tatum, Jenna & her roommates were watching the Aggie football game at home that evening & invited the boys over to watch the game & hang out! Tatum’s mom, Becca, was even in town visiting Tatum & met Micah that same night. One thing led to another & there was karaoke, silly pictures and let’s just say everyone had a fun night! If you’re asking Tatum, Micah begged for her number & she finally gave in and they went on a date the next week & the rest was history! If you’re asking Micah, Tatum was smitten with Micah from the moment he asked to use her charger at her house. You can choose whoever to believe!

Tatum & Micah got engaged on July 19th in Miramar, Florida. The morning of the proposal, Micah had told Tatum that Gracie, Micah’s sister, was going to take some family pictures on the beach & he stressed that Tatum wear her FAVORITE dress for them… hmmm That afternoon Tatum & Micah had a delicious lunch and very special date. Micah then took Tatum to the beach for “family pictures”, but to Tatum’s surprise no one was there yet. Micah walked Tatum to the beach while telling her how much he loved her. Micah and Tatum walked up to the most beautiful set-up that included a blanket, flowers, candles and pictures of them throughout their relationship. What was said is still a mystery as Tatum & Micah both were in shock and blacked out- but after Tatum said yes, both of their families came running onto the beach. Both the Mikeska & Fife families then went on a yacht sunset cruise to watch dolphins & the sunset.. & ended the night with a seafood boil. It was a magical day!
