Are the kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adult-only event. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time so that you can enjoy a night off and celebrate with us!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Our wedding is by RSVP to those on your invitation only. It will be listed as "your name and guest" on your invite if we are offering you a plus one. Due to venue capacity, our ability to provide for plus ones is limited. We appreciate your understanding !

What happens if I don't RSVP in time?

Answer

If we do not get an RSVP back by the date in which we have provided (January 1, 2024), it will be marked as a "No." We will miss you celebrating with us, however we must provide final guest counts to our vendors on time and cannot accept late RSVP's. Thank you for being punctual!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family in a neutral pallet or black formal attire (no white or ivory and no jeans please). Tux's and gowns are not required but you can always opt for long dresses or a formal jacket if you'd like! Just make sure you can dance in whatever you choose !

What does the couple need ?

Answer

We ask only for your presence on our big day but if a gift is your desire, we would be so appreciative of a cash gift to save for our future or any item off of our registry. Thank you!

What time should I arrive to the venue ?

Answer

Please arrive thirty to forty minutes before the start of the ceremony to ensure you can grab a glass of bubbly and find your seat before it begins! Late arrivals must wait until the end of the ceremony to enter. The ceremony begins at 4:00 P.M. sharp!

Will we be inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place outside and the reception will take place inside! The outdoor ceremony space is a mix of brick and turf, so please keep that in mind for your heels ladies!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be "unplugged." We have the most wonderful photographers and videographers to capture this moment so please save use of all electronics for after the ceremony. The best gift you could give us is to be fully present as we say our I do's. Thank you for your cooperation!

What is the order of events?

Answer

4:00 p.m. | Ceremony 4:30 p.m. | Cocktail Hour 5:15 p.m. | Reception 9:45 p.m. | Send Off

Will there be vegetarian / vegan options ?

Answer

Yes! Our wonderful caterers will have a variety of options for both our vegetarian and vegan guests. If you have any specific concerns, please reach out to Mia or Nick!

Where should I park ?

Answer

Complimentary valet will be located in front of the venue. Please party responsibly if you are driving!

Where should I stay ?

Answer

Under the "Travel & Accommodations" tab, you will have access to our hotel block at the Westin located just minutes from our venue!

Question

I'm having a hard time RSVP'ing, what should I do?

Answer

Please email mia.nick.roellwedding@gmail.com or contact the bride and groom directly if you cannot RSVP electronically.
