When do you need to know if we're we'll be attending or not?

Answer

While we hope you will be able to attend our special day, we do understand if you're unable to make it. Please RSVP on our website under the RSVP tab no later than Monday, May 20th.

Where is the wedding and reception?

Answer

Wedding, cocktail hour, and reception will be held at BlueBridge Weddings and Events Centre at 1950 Ellis Lake Rd in Grawn, MI, 15 minutes south of Downtown Traverse City. BlueBridge has two wedding venue locations - Josh and Meghan's wedding will be on the Blue Centre side. Following the wedding ceremony, there will be a cocktail hour with appetizers, dinner, then dancing all on the Blue Centre side.

When should we book accommodations and where should we stay?

Answer

We recommend booking accommodations as soon as possible! Traverse City is very popular in the summer and can begin booking out quickly. We have three different hotel blocks reserved that can be found on the travel tab of this website. AirBnb and VRBO also have several options in the area which can serve well for families and groups.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! Blue Bridge has a large parking lot attached to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, please plan to dress in formal attire. Suit jackets and ties for men. Women please wear cocktail dresses, floor length gowns, or dressy jumpsuits.
