Do we have a hotel block?

Answer

No hotel block. Hilton where we are getting married is $$$$! Plenty of other hotels on the beach. Cheaper lodging more inland or nearby cities around Marco Island. Example, Naples. Please check Air BnB and Vrbo websites for more cost effective rentals and better suited for family units.

Is there a parking fee at the Hilton Venue?

Answer

The venue plans to charge non-hotel guests a discounted rate of $10-15 for wedding parking. Please share you are associated with the Merrill wedding. If you are dropping something off or coming for a short visit, you won't be charged! Or minimal stays will be charged at an hourly rate.

What is there to do at the Hilton/Venue?

Answer

-Beach with umbrellas/chairs available. -Pool -Poolside Bar -Restaurant on site. -Snack Bar on site.

What will dinner consist of?

Answer

We will have a cocktail hour with butler passed appetizers. We will be doing food stations during the reception! Please share with us any food allergies/dietary restrictions!

Are children invited to the wedding/reception?

Answer

Yes, children are welcomed at both events! There are plenty of open spaces in and around the hotel if children need to run around or need some space!

Will childcare be available?

Answer

We are welcoming children to all wedding festivities! No childcare provided. Please check out care.com for reviewed/background checked sitters that may be able to assist your family!

Will the Cocktail Hour/Reception have child friendly food?

Answer

During our Cocktail Hour there will not necessarily be child friendly food. During Reception YES there will be child friendly food! There will also be children's favor bags with activities at their seats!

What time is cocktail hour?

5:30-6:30pm.
