Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are registered through Zola, our wedding website partner, an online store. Also, should you find the items we have listed on Zola at a lower price elsewhere, you can contact Zola's helpdesk at support@zola.com and they will price match.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive in time for the ceremony which will start at 4:00 pm.

Yes, semi-formal/cocktail.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, but there is limited parking at the venue where the ceremony and reception will both take place. We encourage carpooling if possible.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

If you are staying at the Zermatt, they have a shuttle for hotel guests that can drop you off at the venue until 10:30 pm. We will also have a private shuttle after the reception available for guests staying nearby from 8:30 pm - 12:30 am. Please visit the travel tab of this website for more detailed information.

Yes, all wedding day events will take place at River Bottoms Ranch

Will there be additional food served between dinner and midnight?

Answer

Yes, we will have a late night taco bar at 10pm for those staying to celebrate. Enjoy!!

Do I have to ship/send gifts through Zola.com to you directly?

Answer

No, you can choose to place the order through Zola and have it shipped to you in advance. From there you can bring in person if you’d like :-)

Is there a shuttle to the wedding venue before the ceremony?

Answer

No, but there is parking at the venue. There is also a complimentary transfer option if you are staying at the Zermatt. Simply park/check-in at the resort, and ask to be dropped off at River Bottoms Ranch located down the road and on their regular shuttle path (until 10:30pm). Parking is limited at the wedding venue and carpooling is encouraged.

Can I get an early check in at my hotel on the 31st?

Answer

If you are interested in an early check in, please contact your hotel directly. They will do their best to get you into your room as soon as possible. If you your room is not ready when you arrive, they can store your bags while you wait.
