It was February 2, 2020, the Chiefs and 49ers were playing each other for the big game, and although I love football, I just had a great desire to meet Mercedes for the first time at a local bar and bowling. I remember being overwhelmed by how beautiful her eyes were and how bubbly her personality was. I can still feel all the butterflies I was feeling before meeting Dakota for the first time. He was so charming, handsome, and charismatic, I fell for him immediately. Our first kiss had me swooning and I still feel tingles with every kiss since. Years later as I went to propose to Mercedes I wanted to make sure every detail was perfect and a surprise. The waves crashing on the water, her sun kissed skin glowing, those eyes staring at me. In a flash it took me back to the night we met. We’ve always cherished our memories and can’t wait to celebrate this next one with all of you!
