Parking Garage: Address: 421 W Market St, San Antonio, TX 78205
To access Marriage Island you can navigate to 153 Navarro St and walk down the stairs, once down the stairs turn left to walk under the Navarro bridge and wait at the benches along the wall.  
( Access to Marriage Island is on Navarro St bridge between Hotel Contessa and Westin Hotel.
Handicap access is on the other side the Hotel Contessa 101 N Presa
Come down the ramp and go right under the bridge.
