Melissa and Meghan met at The Porch in 2021. From crafting to reading to podcasts, they quickly realized how much they had in common. At the beginning of this year, neither of them had expected that they would be getting married a few weeks from each other. They are excited to get to stand by each other’s side as maid of honors in each other’s weddings!

Melissa and Sarah met during their freshman year of college at Oklahoma State and were roommates Melissa’s last year of college where they enjoyed going to football games and two-stepping. They still take trips to visit each other whenever they can and talk almost every week! Sarah is one of Melissa’s closest friends!

Bryn is Melissa’s sister-in-law. They met Melissa’s senior year of high school when they both played saxophone in marching band. Melissa has enjoyed getting to know Bryn over the years and as a sister when Bryn married Garrett, Melissa’s younger brother!

Melissa and Alex met at church where they serve at The Porch together on Tuesdays. Alex showed Melissa the ropes as she joined Welcome Mat. They are also in the same community group this past year and have enjoyed getting to do life together!

Kate and Melissa met in 4th grade helping their brothers deliver firewood for cub scouts. Since then they have remained friends throughout the years! They were both in band in middle school and high school. Then they maintained regular phone calls and visits, even when they went to rival colleges!
